Materials & Quality
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality 925 or 935 silver, tin (nickel- and leadfree), and stainless steel. Each piece is carefully crafted using durable, skin-friendly materials. In addition to that I use pearls, stones ... I found for example :)
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes – all our materials are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Stainless steel is water-resistant and perfect for daily wear. Silver and tin should be kept away from water, perfume, and lotions to prevent tarnishing or damage. there is no discoloration in metals as stainless steel, silver and tin. your skin will not turn green. :)

Where do your materials come from?
We work with trusted suppliers and, where possible, use recycled metals or locally sourced materials. All pearls, mother-of-pearl, stones are reused.
Will it tarnish? it is in the nature of a lot of metals as silver, tin.. that it can tarnish over time. if this happens you can clean them with a polishing cloth. You can prevent tarnishing if you follow the care instructions.

Craftsmanship & Design
Is your jewelry handmade?
Yes – every piece is designed and handcrafted in my studio. Slight variations make each item unique.
Where is your jewelry produced?
All of the jewelry is made in-house. Some silver pieces are casted in a special method in another city in germany.
Can I request a custom design?
I accept custom orders, depending on design and capacity. Feel free to reach out with your idea. Check out the page custom design for more information.
Are your pieces one-of-a-kind?
Some designs are one-of-a-kind or produced in limited runs. We also offer some classic pieces that are restocked regularly.
Care
How do I care for my jewelry?
Silver: should be polished regularly and kept dry. Polish with a soft silver cloth. Keep away from moisture, perfume, and sweat to avoid tarnishing. Clean with toothpaste & a soft toothbrush if needed.
Tin: Tin is a softer metal and should be cleaned gently with a dry cloth. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents and high pressure.
Stainless Steel: Durable and low-maintenance, requires minimal care – just clean with soapy water & a brush if needed and dry well.
Shipping & Pick Up
Is there a possibility to pick up pieces? If you live in leipzig, there is the possibility to pick up the pieces at the studio. If you prefer this method, text me via the page "contact" and we can see, if it is possible.
Is there a possibility to get a fast delivery? Yes. Sometimes thst´s possible. Just contact me via the page "contact" or email. We can see what is possible. :)
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location. We typically dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery within the EU usually takes 2–7 days. Made-to-order & custom pieces require a longer time since the process can take a while. Depending on the design it can take 2–4 weeks until it is redy to ship.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes (EU). Shipping costs and times vary by region and are shown at checkout.
Do you send orders to states, that are not in the EU? please contact me via the contact formular or my e-mail. please include the pieces you would like to buy if you already decided.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes – all orders are sent in gift-ready packaging.
